New New Maintainer Documentation

As I mentioned in my blog, I'm working on a rewrite of the New Maintainer docs. A part of this is already done and only some bits are still missing, so please check out the .wml files in http://people.debian.org/~he/ and send me feedback. I really need a native speaker to fix my en_DE.

No, I haven't posted the same article for the third time
Planet Debian and my s9y seem to like the idea of presenting the oooold article on http://gonzo.dicp.de/~he/blog/archives/18-New-New-Maintainer-Documentation.html as new. It's not. Thanks for offering help, but this whole thing is already done. The New NM

Hello, I also have had plans to rewrite sections of the NM docs, as I am working through them as an NM now (albeit, I'm not in the queue yet). I will be sure to read your changes and offer comment :)

Please do so. I'm happy to integrate the opinion of people that are currently in the process - my own NM check isn't that long ago, but fresh input would definitely be a good thing.
